• 50% deposit required on confirmation of booking with balance payable on arrival.
• Deposit refundable if booking cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival.
• 75% of deposit refundable if booking cancelled 21 to 28 days prior to arrival.
• 50% of deposit refundable if booking cancelled 14 to 21 days prior to arrival.
• Deposit is non-refundable on cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and re-letting of the rooms.
